Below is the text from an email that was sent by Nigel Keough the Managing Director of Harley-Davidson Australia & New Zealand.
This email was sent on Saturday 28 June 2025 to H.O.G. members to update them on the situation with Peter Stevens and Harley-Heaven retail stores Administration progress.
Dear Valued Customer
We would like to share an important update related to the recent Voluntary Administration announcement by the Peter Stevens Group, which included the Harley Heaven Group. This update references the official media release from the appointed Administrator, KordaMentha which is available here.
Harley-Davidson Australia has been working closely with the appointed Administrators and, where possible, finding viable solutions, on a customer-by-customer basis. We provided full co-operation with the Administrators with a view to reaching the best outcome for the affected dealerships, their employees and the customers that they serve.
We acknowledge how impactful the situation has been and would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition. We would also like to acknowledge and thank the existing employees at the impacted dealerships. The dedication, professionalism and focus on doing whatever possible to assist affected customers has been outstanding.
We will be in touch with you very soon to ensure that our loyal customers are able to continue to enjoy the Harley-Davidson brand experience and products.
Thank you for your commitment and dedication to Harley-Davidson.
Sincerely
Nigel Keough
Managing Director
